Apartment prices up in the 3rd quarter 2013

STATEC and the « Observatoire de l’habitat » of the Ministry of Housing recently published statistics on apartment sales that took place in the 3rd quarter 2013. The price index for apartments rose 1.6% from the previous quarter, continuing the increase observed in the 2nd quarter. This result is partly due to the prices of apartments under construction which increase sharply in the Centre-South region which includes Luxembourg-city.
