Registered apartment prices in the first semester 2015

In the 2th quarter 2015, prices are up by 5.4% compared to the 2nd quarter in the previous year. This result and other recent data on dwelling acquisitions can be found in the “Logement en chiffres” published by STATEC and the “Observatoire de l’Habitat” of the Ministry of Housing. The statistics are derived from an administrative data file provided by the “Administration de l’Enregistrement et des Domaines”.
