Registered apartment prices in the second semester 2015

In the 4^th quarter 2015, house prices are up by 3.6% compared to the 4^th quarter in the previous year. This result and other recent data on dwelling acquisitions can be found in the “Logement en chiffres” published by STATEC and the “Observatoire de l’Habitat” of the Ministry of Housing. The statistics are derived from actual transaction prices.
