The number of new homes in progression

The number of dwellings built per year that had dropped since the financial crisis of 2008 is, in trend, increasing since the end of this crisis. In 2016, 3,856 housing units were completed (+ 25% compared to 2015). This increase in the number of dwellings in recent years is mainly due to the construction of apartments.
