Company training: Luxembourg progresses

Luxembourg is making progress with regard to the percentage of companies offering training, but remains in 10th place in the European Union. Nevertheless, the impact of these training courses is very important: more employees participate in continuing vocational training courses and spend more hours there than in most other EU countries. In Luxembourg, the percentage of women participating in training is higher than that of men, whereas the opposite is the case in most Member States.
