This report of CEPS/ Instead presents the results of a study regarding the collective negotiation in Luxembourg. It firstly describes the level of union membership and the coverage rate of collective working conventions. The following four parts consider: the organization of the working time, the retention in employment and the fight against unemployment, the training policy and the equal treatment of men and women.
