Growth: pro poor or pro rich?

Over the 2003-2015 period, the wealthiest households benefited more from the fruits of economic growth. The growth was therefore pro-rich! STATEC's analysis also shows that inequality cannot be summarised by the usual indices of inequality or risk of poverty, because they are too global.
