Le logement en chiffres au troisième trimestre 2017

”Le logement en chiffres” is a joint publication of STATEC and Housing Observatory (which works in collaboration with LISER). This bi-annual publication brings together the latest available data on housing sales.

In the 3^rd quarter of 2017, house prices increased by 4.9% compared to the 3rd quarter of 2016. The average price per square meter of existing apartments is 5 002 €/m², while apartments under construction cost 6 316 €/m². The average price of a single-family home reaches 649 425€. This publication also contains a more detailed analysis of homeowners' housing prices in the consumer price index and valuation of garages, parking spaces and cellars in apartment prices.
