N° 01/2018 Underemployment in Luxembourg

Following the Great Recession of 2008-2009, the main indicators of the labour market - job creation and unemployment rate - have deteriorated significantly. Over this period, other indicators also reveal an increase in underemployment. We analyse the underutilisation of the labour factor, turnover rate, real wages, subsidised jobs, partial unemployment, working time or activity rate.
