Adult Education Survey
The Adult Education Survey (AES) is a sample survey covering the population living in private households in Luxembourg between 25 and 64 years.
The Adult Education Survey is conducted in parallel in all countries of the European Union and therefore provides comparable data for all countries.
The objective of the survey is to collect information on public participation in life long learning. The survey aims to determine the rate of public participation in formal and non-formal education as well as in informal learning according to the type of respondents and the type of training.
The survey results will be disseminated through various STATEC publications (Bulletin, Regards, ...). The results will also be published by Eurostat.
Procedure
The survey will be conducted among a representative sample of the population in the first half of 2012 and will cover the previous year.
